| I. Background | |
| ICOS 是一種在 T 細胞活化后才被誘導表達的共刺激受體,而 ICOSL 是其配體,主要 組成性表達于 B 細胞和抗原呈遞細胞表面。兩者的核心作用機理在于,當活化的 T 細胞 (特別是濾泡輔助性 T 細胞)遷移至淋巴濾泡并與 B 細胞相遇時,ICOS 與 ICOSL 的結(jié)合 為 T 細胞提供了關(guān)鍵的共刺激信號,這主要通過激活 PI3K 等下游通路,驅(qū)動 T 細胞增殖、 存活及產(chǎn)生細胞因子(如 IL-21),從而精確調(diào)控生發(fā)中心反應,最終促進 B 細胞進行抗 體親和力成熟與類別轉(zhuǎn)換,產(chǎn)生高效體液免疫。 | |
